We often associate teams with sport, but working as part of a team plays a signifi cant role in many aspects of our daily lives, from our homes to the workplace. Nobody is perfect but teams can be and the aim of this course is to make participants aware of the key skills required to becoming part of an effective team. It also examines the process involved in building effective teams. Course Content includes, communication skills, motivation, the benefi ts of team working and the individual’s role within a team.
